All information regarding warranty instructions and return policy are included here. To dear customers who place orders online, we have separate terms to ensure your highest benefits maintained.

  1. Warranty Conditions

* Products come with technical defects or manufacturer’s errors such as deformed, cracked, vained etc.
* Broken, damaged products during delivery.
* Delivered products do not match the model or type ordered by customers.
* Lack in number of delivered products (as in combo).

In case of any of the above circumstances, please do not receive the products and request our delivery staff to confirm the order status AT THE VERY TIME OF ORDER RECEIVED and request a return.

Otherwise, please notify of the problems to us within 03 days since the receiving for support to exchange for a replacement, after 03 days we will not support and defautly affirm that the order has been successfully delivered.

  1. General Terms and Conditions About Return

* If the products come with errors that we acknowledge are made by the manufacturer.
* No scratches, dents, external damages, collapes or being broken etc.
* Return duration is no more than 03 days since the receiving date (based on the purchase receipt or signed receipt of the delivery).

Upon products reaffirmed as defected, we will exchange with a new one, in case that model is out of stock, we commit to refunding (according to our mutual agreement) either “in Cash” or “by Bank transfer” to the customer.
