DETAILED INFORMATION ABOUT FEV CERAMICS’ RETURN AND REFUND POLICIES

To help our Dear Customers rest assured in choosing right products and ensure our intensive customer care, FEV Ceramics would like to inform our detailed RETURN POLICY as follows:

  1. RETURN CONDITIONS

– Exchange or return within the regulated time and in accordance with our procedure.

– FEV Ceramics only accept requests for exchange and return if the order comes with technical defects or unmatched images, In particular: big protrusions on product surface, unmatched shape and pattern compared with photos on website, cracked during delivery)

– Please record the whole process from receiving order, to unboxing as proof for return, the recording must be seamless without any interruption or edition, only one video is accepted. Cases without video or video is unqualified will not be handled by FEV Ceramics.

 

  1. RETURN DURATION

– Return duration: 7 days since the date of order receiving.

– Only applied for orders made on online platform https://fev.com.vn

  1. RETURN PROCEDURE

Please contact to FEV Ceramics telephone number, or by email to notify about the return, reason, including the video to our inbox. We will respond within 1 day. Once having met conditions for the return, please pack the product and send to our address of FEV Ceramics. After receiving the order, we will inspect it one more time in compliance with our return conditions, those qualified will be getting a refund (in case of return) or another product  replacement (in case of exchange).

  1. INCURRED COSTS DURING RETURN PROCESS.

– In case of exchange or return due to FEV Ceramics’ faults: We will pay all shipping fees and other incurred expenses.

– In case of exchange to another model, but not due to product defects: Customers will be asked to pay shipping fees, packing fees and other incurred expenses during the process.

  1. REFUND

FEV Ceramics will refund you in case you wish to return the order that meets all the requirements mentioned in Article 1 of this Policy. Refund will be carried out 1 day after FEV receives your returned order. Refund is made through Bank transfer.
