- In Case of Private Shipment by Motorcycle or Specialized Car:
Products are loaded at the factory and shipped to the receiving address. Customers receive orders and confirm at once with the staff about the order status. Any claims about product quality made after the delivery will not be handled.
- In Case of Shipment through A Long-Range Logistics Company:
Products are packed in solid wooden cases and shipped to the recipient. Shipping contracts are made with clear route and fee. Customers may register either to check the order at delivery or not. Any arising incidents that affect products during delivery will be handled by both sides and the logistics company upon the shipping contract and actual negotiation.
- In Case of Shipment Through Express Delivery (Viettel Post, GHTK, GHN etc.):
Products are packed in a standardized 3 layers (foam, air bubble roll and foam pieces) in a cardboard box. Shipping fee is determined on the application of the express delivery firm.
Customers should check the order at delivery, pay the postage and product price in case they choose COD for payment. Any arising incidents that affect products during delivery will be handled by both sides and the express delivery firm upon the express delivery firm’s terms and actual negotiation
